Description
RILEM TC-213 MAI 'Model assisted integral service life prediction of steel reinforced concrete structures with respect to corrosion induced damage' is working in analysing service life models related to reinforcement corrosion. One of the objectives of the TC is to identify the monitoring systems applied to real structures that are used to predict further evolution of the corrosion process and for service life calculations. The workshop will not review the monitoring systems by themselves but only how the durability is calculated from them.
The Workshop will specially recognize the contributions of Oystein Vennesland a member of the TC who has contributed to this subject for many years.
