		AFGC - Association Française de Génie Civil L'Association Française de Génie Civil (A.F.G.C.) a été créée en 1998 à la suite de la fusion de l'AFPC et de l'AFREM. Elle constitue un lieu d'échanges entre ingénieurs et chercheurs intéressés par des activités de Génie Civil. Elle a pour objectif de rapprocher le monde des matériaux de celui des structures, le monde de l'enseignement et de la recherche de celui de la conception et de l'application. Elle est la correspondante en France de la RILEM.

		Artesis University College of Antwerp Artesis University College of Antwerp with its Department of Applied Engineering & Technology provides technical and engineering education in four branches (Chemistry – ICT – Elektro Mechanics and Civil Engineering) and is part of the association ‘University of Antwerp’. In the civil engineering domain, two main research areas are identified: the research group ‘Materials & Structural Design’ provides research in concrete technology, damage diagnostics, road engineering, and the research group dealing with energy performance and interior environment of buildings.

		BRI - Building Research Institute The Building Research Institute intends to carry out its research to identify what is to be done for people to make their lives and society and their environment deeply concerned more comfortable.

		CBI -Swedish Cement and Concrete Research Institute The Swedish Cement and Concrete Research Institute is an independent and impartial industrial research institute that was founded in 1942. Industry and society are represented in equal parts on the board of directors. The activities of the institute are long-term development of knowledge through research, industrial consultancy work, and continued education.

		CEA - Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique Acteur majeur en matière de recherche, de développement et d'innovation, le CEA intervient dans trois grands domaines : l'énergie, les technologies pour l'information et la santé, et la Défense.

		CEDEX-LCEM - Central Laboratory for Structures and Building The Central Laboratory for Structures and Building Materials (Laboratorio Central de Estructuras y Materiales) is, within CEDEX, the organization specialized in structures and in the properties and applications of all types of construction materials.

		CERIB - Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches de l'Industrie du Béton CERIB's mission is to contribute to technical progress, to the improvement of productivity and to the development of the quality in the concrete industry. One of the objectives of the Centre is also to improve the environmental knowledge by integrating an ambitious strategy on sustained development, which would respond to the expectations of the building construction professionals.

		CNR-ITC - Construction Technologies Institute The Institute carries out its activities in the construction sector focussing on applied research, certification and training. Its mission is aimed at the improvement of the built-up environment, the performance of permanent research to find new construction methods and technologies, the management of refrigeration aspects, homes comfort, sustainable building, the assessment of performance and quality of construction products and systems. The Institute develops multimedia tools and takes care of training for the transfer and dissemination of good practices throughout the sector.

		CSTB - Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment In its quest to improve well-being and safety in buildings, CSTB plies four complementary trades: research, advanced engineering, quality assessment and the dissemination of knowledge. In combination with its fields of expertise, they allow CSTB to adopt a global approach to buildings which includes their urban environment, services and the new information and communication technologies.

		CSTC-WTCB-BBRI - Belgian Building Research Institute BBRI has the following three main missions: - to perform scientific and technical research for the benefit of its members - to supply technical information, assistance and consultancy to its members - to contribute in general to innovation and development in the construction sector in particular by performing contract research upon request of the industry and the authorities.

		ETH - Institute for Building Materials The Institute for Building Materials (IfB) is working in the wide field of all kinds of Materials used for Building Structures and Civil Engineering. Inside the ETH Zürich we are a member of the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering (D-BAUG).

		Fundación Labein LABEIN is an organisation with more than fifty years experience in Research and Development under contract, with the mission of providing support for company innovating capabilities using technology as a competitive tool.

		IBAC der RWTH Aachen Not long ago in 1999 the Institute of Building Materials Research (IBAC) celebrated its fifty years of existence. 		INTEMAC - Instituto Técnico de Materiales y Construcciones INTEMAC, Instituto Técnico de Materiales y Construcciones, es una Organización privada dedicada exclusivamente al Control de Calidad de Proyectos, Materiales y Ejecución de Obras, y a la Realización de Estudios de Patología y Rehabilitación de Construcciones y a la Asistencia Técnica en la Construcción. Fundado en 1967, se dedica íntegra y exclusivamente al Control de la Calidad y la Asistencia Técnica en la Construcción.

		IETCC - Eduardo Torroja Institute (CSIC) The Eduardo Torroja Institute for Construction Science, a body of the Spanish National Research Council, is a research and scientific-technical support centre serving the construction industry..

		IRMA - Institute for Research in Materials and Applications Activities The activities of the institute are research, development, testing, consulting, and engineering. The Institute specializes in concrete, concrete technology and concrete products. It's research and development is primarily in the field of cement and polymer binded composite materials. The majority of composite materials used today are specialized high performance concretes. The Institute also devotes it's attention to the questions of recycling harmless industrial and building waste materials.

		JCI - Japan Concrete Institute The Institute, as the parent body for promoting research concerning concrete, has the purpose of carrying out investigation and research on concrete, reinforced concrete, other types of concrete and various materials and equipment related to concrete, and through coordination of investigations and research and dissemination of the results, aims to further research and advances in technology concerning concrete.

		Klokner Institute

		Magnel Laboratory for Concrete Research, Ghent University, Belgium The Magnel Laboratory for Concrete Research was founded in 1926 by the late Prof. G. Magnel to anticipate the need for scientifically based concrete research. Since 1930 the laboratory forms part of Ghent University. In those early years, the Magnel Laboratory developed as an important research centre with strong national and international contacts in the field. Today, the laboratory still holds this position.

		LNEC - Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil Major objectives of LNEC's activity are INNOVATION by the implementation of four year research plans, APPLICATION of new technologies in studies under contract with a view to solve specific problems within the framework of civil engineering and the building construction industry and DIFFUSION in technical and scientific circles of the results of its activities.

		NIIZhB The Scientific Research Institute for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete (NIIZhB) - one of young and dynamically developing specialized institutes of Russia in the field of construction. A basis of Institute is competent staff and a long-term operational experience inside the building market. The Institute is a corporate member of some the international organizations on construction: RILEM, fib, ERMCO, actively functions in professional Russian associations: the Russian Union of Builders, the Russian Scientific and Technical Society of Builders, the Russian Society of Engineers of Construction, Association of Builders of Russia. 		LEMIT – Laboratorio de Entrenamiento Multidisciplinario para la Investigación Tecnológica LEMIT is a research center focused on Materials for Civil Engineering and Solidification Processes. The three main aims of LEMIT are R&D, qualified consultancy services, and human resources development. LEMIT was established in La Plata (Argentina) in 1942, and it belongs to the Scientific Research Committee of the Government of the Buenos Aires Province.

		IBRACON - Brazilian Concrete Institute IBRACON, the Brazilian Concrete Institute is an international techno-scientific defense and appreciation of engineering. IBRACON aims to give professionals and stakeholders in the concrete industry and construction in the areas of materials, technology, design, management, control, architecture, structures and buildings, more knowledge through courses, events, publications, certification of personal, technology and scientific meetings, recovery and incentives for research and scientific and technological research and its dissemination thereof.

		ISAP - International Society for Asphalt Pavements ISAP is a volunteer organization of professionals and experts to promote asphalt pavement technology exchange on a worldwide basis, often in cooperation with other organizations sharing mutual interests. The broad range of member expertise and experience makes committee work especially rewarding.
