... Konstantin KOVLER, RILEM Fellow (2006), has published 20 scientific papers since 1993 in the RILEM flagship journal “Materials & Structures”, which have been cited in almost 1500 publications? His papers in the field of Early Age Concrete are among the most cited. See the last papers here.  In mid-January, just before the corona crisis, he and his colleagues from the National Building Research Institute of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (www.technion.ac.il) - one of the oldest titular members of RILEM, successfully organized the third edition of the International RILEM Conference on Concrete Durability and Service Life Planning.
