Open Access paper on M&S - Update of STAR 225-SAP
 
The major product of the RILEM TC 225-SAP work was the State-of-the-Art Report “Application of Superabsorbent Polymers (SAP) in Concrete Construction” published in 2012. Since then, further important progress has been made in understanding the working mechanisms of SAP in concrete. This Open Access paper published on Materials and Structures presents an update on the state-of-the-art and is the concluding document delivered by the RILEM TC 260-RSC.

 

 

“Women in the Raw Materials Sector” talk
 
Prof. Susan Bernal, RILEM senior member and Gustavo Colonnetti medallist in 2016, has recently given a talk for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) as part of the series Inspiring Women in the Raw Materials Sector.
