New RILEM recommendation in M&S
 
Like all RILEM recommendations, it is published in Materials & Structures, it is an OPEN ACCESS paper, and it is the outcome of a RILEM Technical committee - in this case, TC 261-CCF Creep Behavior in Cracked Sections of Fiber Reinforced Concrete. Recommendation of RILEM TC 261-CCF: test method to determine the flexural creep of fibre reinforced concrete in the cracked state, by A. Llano-Torre and P.
