RILEM Tech Lett has published a new OPEN ACCESS paper: Yahia, A.; Perrot, A.; Feys, D.; Khayat, K. H.; Sonebi, M.; Kawashima, S.; Schimdt, W. Viscoelastic Properties of Fresh Cement Paste: Measuring Procedures and Influencing Parameters. RILEM Tech Lett 2023, 8, 23-30. The paper discusses the most common techniques used to assess the viscoelastic properties of fresh cement paste.
