2024 RILEM Medallists
 
It is with immense pleasure that RILEM announces the 2024 medallists! Congratulations to:
- Dr Jose Norambuena-Contreras, 2024 RILEM Robert L’Hermite medallist
- Dr Rob Wolfs and Dr Zhenming Li, 2024 RILEM Gustavo Colonnetti medallists.
The Colonnetti medallists will present a keynote lecture at the upcoming RILEM Spring Convention, in Milan, in April 2024. The L’Hermite medallist will present at the RILEM Annual Week, in Toulouse, in August 2024. Stay tuned for more details!

 

 

PROTERRA new RILEM Partner
 
RILEM has recently signed an International Partnership Agreement with the PROTERRA Ibero-American Network (La Red Iberoamericana de Arquitectura y Construcción con Tierra). To start the collaboration between RILEM and PROTERRA, an online presentation of PROTERRA is scheduled on Wednesday March 6th, 2024 at 2PM CEST/Paris Time. The webinar is free but registration is required.

 

 

AATH International Congress
 
RILEM is happy to co-sponsor the XI Congreso Internacional y 25° Reunión Técnica de la Asociación Argentina de Tecnología del Hormigón, which will take place from 9 to 13 September 2024, at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Facultad Regional Cordoba, Argentina. This event represents the most important scientific and technological event in Argentina related to R&D activities on concrete technology.

 

 

DSCS 2025
 
RILEM is happy to co-sponsor the 3rd International Workshop on Durability and Sustainability of Concrete Structures (DSCS 2025), which will take place on 17 and 18 September 2025, at the University of Naples Federico II, Italy. The purpose of this international workshop is to present and discuss the most innovative developments and research outcomes on durability and sustainability of concrete construction.

 

 

… Materials and Structures has a new Editor-in-Chief? RILEM welcomes Prof. Giovanni Plizzari, University of Brescia, Italy! Prof. John Provis, former Editor-in-Chief, will continue to support the Editorial Board until September 2024. RILEM would like to thank Prof. Provis for his commitment over the past years with the flagship journal of RILEM!
