RILEM has a new partner: the Asian Concrete Federation (ACF)! The establishment of the Asian Concrete Federation was in September 2003. The objectives of the Federation are to promote the understanding of concrete structures and to support the international collaborative activities for the development of research and technology related to concrete and concrete structures.
