The RILEM TC 321-UMW : Upcycling Powder Mineral “Wastes” into Cement Matrices was developed to address the lack of a systematic comprehensive approach to use mineral wastes as clinker raw feed or supplementary cementitious materials. The report of the RILEM co-sponsored 11th European Asphalt Technology Association (EATA) Conference, held in Ancona (Italy) from 10 to 12 June 2025, is available here! The event hosted the meetings of some of the Technical Committees of Cluster F; it also provided the opportunity to celebrate the strong “Bituminous Materials and Polymers” community in RILEM!

The 2nd RILEM International Symposium on Bituminous Materials (ISBM 2026) will address topical key scientific challenges related to the properties of bituminous materials, structures, and innovative practices.
