New ICT President
RILEM welcomes the new President of the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT), Prof Muhammed Basheer, School of Civil Engineering, University of Leeds. Prof. Basheer has been a RILEM Senior member since 1998 and an active member of more than 10 RILEM TCs. Prof Basheer played a major role in the establishment of the RILEM-ICT partnership in 2020. RILEM wishes Prof. Basheer all the best in his new position!
