It is with a mix of joy and sadness that RILEM announces the publication of its latest State-of-the-Art Report: Total Alkalis in Concrete — Contribution to Alkali-Silica Reaction, State-of-the-Art Report of RILEM Technical Committee 258-AAA WP3, Edited by Esperanza Menéndez Méndez and António Santos Silva. The publication includes a heartfelt tribute to Esperanza Menéndez Méndez, whose recent passing was a great loss to the concrete research community.
