Abstract: "LCC-Assistant" is a spreadsheet application by which the rent can be defined in a fairy way.
The application can be used to calculate the target rent for new or repair construction projects. The application can also be used to present a breakdown of the rent into different factors so the real estate owner and renter are better able to agree on what the rent includes. The application is especially well suited to an open construction method of production. "LCC-Assistant " is a part of the product family called "Life Cycle and Enviroment Tools in VTT".
