Abstract: The mathematical mode1 for modelling the serviceability of farm buildings is presented. The serviceability of farm buildings is described as consisting of two parts. The first pari consists material side of building the second one moral and social sides of building.
The quality of the first part is changing during use as a result of physical deterioration, the quality of the second one as a result of moral deterioration.
The total process of deterioration is presented by differential equation. The solution for the equation is given also.
