Abstract: The paper describes development of test methods for research of properties of highly liquid cement mortar modified by superplasticiser on the base of polycarboxylates and admixtures from waste raw materials (power plant fly ash, stone dust). The process of testing was focused on monitoring of cement mortar properties influencing mix design of SCC. It means properties in longer term horizon up to 120 minutes from the time of adding water. The main stress was put on monitoring of the following properties: bleeding, propensity to sedimentation, change in viscosity and heat development - time distribution. Results of this research - rheological characteristics of cements mortars, shall serve to fast, precise and economical mix design of the SCC.
