Abstract: 
The editors of this volume want to thank all those members of RILEM TC 246-TDC who have sent them references, abstracts, or full length papers, which are related to durability of concrete under combined mechanical load and environmental actions. The structure of the Annotated Bibliography has been elaborated in common during successive meetings. The editors also want to mention and express their thanks to those members of Technical Committee 246-TDC who were kind enough to write one or several “Introductory Notes”, which are published at the beginning of each section in this volume. Special thanks go to Dr. Wang Zhendi from the Chinese Academy for Building Materials (CBMA) for his continuing efforts to collect the submitted publications and to compile them in a logical way.
