Abstract: This Investigation is related to NOx emission at the airport are. Research investigation is carried out in Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport), and Ishigaki Domestic Airport (Okinawa prefecture). Firstly, main five emission sources in Haneda airport were listed up, including, 1) aircraft jet engine, 2) automobile engine, etc. Secondly, NOx emission coefficient of each source was investigated by literature survey. And, field survey on local NOx concentration was performed at several points of each airport, in 2000 and 2003. Finally, trial on an application of TiO2-photocatalysis on NOx reduction was cariied out, both in Haneda airport and Ishigaki airport.
