PhD Symposium on Construction Materials (Technologies for Low Carbon & Lean Construction)

This is a premium forum for young researchers (PhD scholars) to present advances and research results in the construction materials sector, especially related to Technologies for Low Carbon Lean Construction (TLC2). The primary focus of a related initiative at IIT Madras (TLC2) would be to undertake projects and related activities to minimize the waste in construction - in terms of materials and processes, and promote the possibility of suitably employing waste from other industries. The symposium aims at engaging young researchers (age < 35 years) to (i) connect and interact with others working in the same domain, (ii) showcase their research and get exposed to the state of the art on different aspects of construction materials, both theoretical and applied, and (iii) get guidance from renowned experts working on construction materials and their application.
