… the UN International Day of Peace was celebrated last week, on 21^st September? RILEM was funded after the second world war to bring together what the war separated: scientific knowledge in the area of construction materials and structures, and scientists. This spirit still represents one of the pillars of RILEM, above any conflict, any nationality, any government.
