A few words from the RILEM Presidents
This year, as is done every three years, the RILEM Presidency changes: the Outgoing President will pass the torch to the current President who in turn will pass the torch to the current Vice-President, who becomes the next President... and of course, there will be a brand-new Vice-President! A message from the RILEM Presidents is presented here.
