Abstract: A project planning and management system based on computer model using typical network diagrams of building process and maintenance of ditferent buildings has been developed recently. The user can create models of the erection, maintenance and reconstruction needed according to use of different constructions and materials for the whole time of service of the building. 7lus he can optimise the project in the stage of planning from the point of view of minimum costs for erection, maintenance, reconstruction and demolition of the building.
