Abstract: The oppotfunity for implementation of recycled aggregates in concrete to produce Recycled
Aggregates Concrete RAC is a subject of intensive research. A crucial part is the study of the durability of RAC. The paper presents the effects of mix and curing on the flow propetfies of RAC: permeability, water absorption, and diffusion by the angle of accelerated carbonation.
A second approach passes by testing the frost resistance. The study reveals the weak durability of RAC and assesses the different tests used to predict the durability.
