Abstract: 
In this paper the harm due to corrosion of the reinforced concrete member is presented .The deterioration of mechanical behavior of corroded reinforcement and bond behavior between corroded reinforcement and concrete is studied and the main factors that mainly affect the mechanical behavior of corroded reinforced concrete member are presented. The reliability of the corroded reinforced concrete member is evaluated by the method of approximate probability.
