Abstract:
The test results of ultimate load bearing capacity (ULBC) of a total of eleven prestressed steel-concrete composite continuous beams (PSCCCB) are presented in this paper, and a general equation of the allowable percentage of moment redistribution satisfying the ULBC is obtained. Moreover, the effects of different type of prestressed tendons and initial deflection on the ULBC are analyzed . At the same time, this paper also provides the test results of interface slip and deformation distribution law of a total of seventeen PSCCCB, besides, the calculating formulas of its deformation with the effect of interface slip are established. Based on the test results of crack appearance, extension and distribution of negative bending moment area of a total of eighteen PSCCCB, the calculating formula of maximum crack width is suggested.
