Abstract:
Green Reactive Powder Concrete (GRPC) was prepared by substitution of industrial waste powder for 60% cement by weight and replacement of ground fine quartz sand with natural fine aggregates as well. The mechanical properties (strength, toughness, fracture energy and interfacial bonding strength) and durability (carbonation resistant, thawing-freezing resistant, water resistant and corrosion resistant) of specimens, cured in three different kinds of conditions, were tested. The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties of GRPC with the substitution of 25% ultra fine slag, 25% ultra fine fly ash and 10% silica fume was better than the others, And its compressive and flexural strength is more than 200MPa and 54MPa respectively. And the durability of GRPC was excellent. The formation mechanism of ultra-high performance of GRPC was also analyzed.
