Abstract: 
The initial strain method of calculating the internal force redistribution due to creep and shrinkage in concrete and steel combined section is established based on the flexible shear grillage, the program of internal force and space stability analysis of cable-stayed bridge without back stay is also developed. Based on the above, the principle of internal force distribution and the safety factor of the special-shaped cable-stayed bridge without back stay on Libyan river are presented.
