Abstract:
The paper presented here, considering the cracking effect for concrete under cyclic reversed loading, adopts the analysis model on concrete basing on the incremental orthotropic model of the equivalent unaxial strain and proper amendment is made advisably. Taking Baushinger effect under reversed loading into account, the model of stress-strain relationship for reinforcement is simplified correspondingly. In addition, the inclined struct element and the bond-slip relationship involving bond deterioration under reversed loading are applied in the bond model with partial changes. On that basis, a two-dimensional nonlinear finite element program for high-strength reinforced concrete marginal framed joints under cyclic reversed loading is developed and four high-strength reinforced concrete marginal framed joints are computed and analyzed. Finally, the comparative analysis of the experimental and calculative results shows clearly that they are in a good agreement.
