Abstract: A new European project for investigation on suitable methods for assessing Self-Compacting Concrete. The project is based on methods for assessment of the following three key properties of SCC a, passing ability b, flowing ability c, resistance to segregation. Partners from France, Germany, England, Holland, Belgium, Scotland, Island and Sweden. The final aim of the project is to decide on test methods for SCC that will be integrated in the coming European Standards. Paisley University in Scotland coordinates the project TESTING-SCC.
