Abstract: The capacity of the conventional automatic testing apparatus for self-compacting concrete at jobsite had been smaller than that required for the practical concrete pouring. The type of the apparatus was modified so that the capacity may become sufficient, in which the flow direction of the concrete in the apparatus was vertical. It was found that the capacity of the modified apparatus was enough for the actual construction.
