Abstract: CEMHYD3D model is widely used to simulate the microstructuredevelopment of cement paste, starting with a three-dimensional digital image of cement particle. This stochastic model is based on a lattice approach with a certain resolution representing the reality of continuum phase. Therefore, the simulating results much depend on digital resolution. This paper focuses on making an overall comparison among the influence of different resolutions on cement paste percolation. The modeling results show that the influence of digital resolution on percolation is very pronounced at different contact models. The simulating cement paste percolation seems not agree with the measured values, and the analysis will help to improve this model in further.
