Abstract: High performance Hybrid-Fibre Concretes (HFC) contain more types of steel fibres in one mixture. Uniaxial tensile strength of these concretes is rather high, and strain hardening is present as well. In this paper, the experimentally determined tensile behaviour of four different types of HFC is presented first. After that, the analytical model for the tensile softening is introduced. This model is based on the pullout of single fibres and on the number and orientation of fibres across the crack. Proposed model was subsequently compared with test results and evaluated.
