Abstract: This research deals with the Topology Opitmization of structural Elements and their manufacturability with fabric formwork. It mainly deals with Topology Optimization with Minimization of strain energy as objective function with volume constraint. Keeping various factors included in practical manu- facturability in consideration, an efficent structure is selected by Three step sieve process discussed in this research. It is found that volume of reduction for Practically Optimized structure is from 52% to 57 % and Mass reduction is about 26% in flexural members and 78% in short column.
