Abstract: This paper presents a probability based model to predict the impact resistance of polymer reinforced concrete slabs. In this model the two parameter weibull distribution is used to determine the impact resistance. The scale and shape parameters for the distribution are estimated by the linear regression based on the experimentally obtained energy absorption. Further, the cumulative distribution function is determined and the correlation coefficient for a particular slab is arrived. It is observed that the correlation coefficient is greater for the slabs which have higher volume of polymerleading to greater impact resistance.
