Abstract: High-efficient composite water-reducing agent is used as superplasticizer agent and Ultra-fine Fly Ash Composition (UFAC) is adopted to improve the gradation of cementitious materials. The yield shearing stress of fresh concrete is reduced as much as possible and the concrete mix is made to comply with the required flowability of self-compaction. The optimization experiment of the mixture parameters of self-compacting High Performance Concrete (SCHPC) is carried out with such control parameters as slump, slump spread and VL. The experimental results show the optimization of the key parameters of the mix design of C50-C60 SCHPC is: the total cementitious materials is between 500-600kg/m3; the appropriate sand ratio is between 35% - 45%; UFAC replace 30%-45% of cementitious materials; water consumption unit concrete and the proportion of high-efficient water-reducing agent can be fixed through performance experiments.
