Abstract: In this study, the time-dependent behavior of SCC beams is investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Based on experimental study of 11 SCC beams, an analytical model is proposed to simulate the effects of creep and shrinkage on long-term deformation of SCC beams according to section analysis. The test results indicate that the curing condition has a dominant influence on creep deflection of SCC beams, and the development of creep deflection of non-prestressed beams is more sensitive to the environments such as temperature and relative humidity because of the propagation of cracking.
