Abstract: The study was conducted regarding the effect of variety and content of fly ash on the early-age crack of high-flowing concrete (denoted as HFC), which was based on the HFC with equivalent workability of fresh concrete and equivalent strength. Four kinds of fly ash were used in the test. The 26 varieties of mixture of HFC were designed here to study the influence of variety and content of fly ash on the early-age crack of C30, C40 and C50 grade HFC. And, the fly ash-binder ratio was between 0 and 0.50. The modified flat-type specimen was used to study the early-age crack of HFC. It can be concluded that the early-age crack of HFC is affected by the variety and amount of fly ash. For different variety of fly ash,the optimal content of fly ash with which the early-age crack resistance performance of HFC is higher than with others content is various.
