Abstract: To determine the property of deformation of self-consolidating concrete(SCC), which used in filling layer of high speed railway slab ballastless track of CRTS Ⅲ, the factors which affect the deformation of filling layer SCC were studied. The results show that early curing can reduce the drying-shrinkage of concrete by 15% than that without early curing. Fineness modulus of sand has only a slight effect on drying-shrinkage of SCC. The influence of maximum size of aggregate on autogeneous shrinkage is higher than for drying-shrinkage. The content of binding material also have an obvious effect on both drying-shrinkage and autogeneous shrinkage of SCC. Both the values of drying-shrinkage and autogeneous shrinkage increased 10% to 20% when the content of binding material increased 20kg. The autogeneous shrinkage value of SCC can be 50% of drying-shrinkage value at early age(90d), and can reach 74% of drying-shrinkage value at long age(210d).
