Abstract: Concrete is particularly prone to cracking at the early age due to thermal deformation, shrinkage and creep in precasting. This paper presents a temperature and stress simulation of a tunnel structure based on the precasting process. In the numerical model, the material parameters, thermal parameters and mechanical parameters are obtained via material tests and European code. Material tests include the heat of hydration, strength, modulus of elasticity and autogenous-shrinkage. Moreover, complex thermal boundary and mechanical boundary conditions are considered. The evolution rules of temperature and stress field could be obtained in analysis of typical working condition, In addition, the possible causes of cracks in immersed concrete tunnel, such as the mix proportion of concrete, warehousing temperature and curing temperature are studied, which are of great significance for the security and durability of the tunnel structure. Furthermore, a model experiment is conducted to verify the numerical simulation of the tunnel structure.
