Abstract: Concrete is vulnerable to various environmental factors during service. It is necessary to
repair the concrete to improve the durability and bearing capacity. The repair material has a
great influence on the bond properties. In this paper, the effects of united expansion agent,
nano-SiO2 and carbon fibers length 10mm on bond properties between repair concrete and
substrates were investigated. The compressive, flexural mechanicals and dry shrinkage of the
repaired materials were also studied. Results suggest that the addition of united expansion
agent and carbon fibers to repair material can improve the interfacial properties and the
ductility of split damage. The incorporation of nano-SiO2 in repair material can reduce the
repair concrete shrinkage.
