International Conference on Ultra-High Performance Concrete Materials and Structures focuses on the recent development and research on ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) worldwide. Two successful events have been held in Changsha (UHPC2016-China) and Fuzhou (UHPC2018-China), attracting more than 700 participants from 20 countries and publishing more than 200 papers. It now serves as a platform for researchers, engineers and construction experts to share their scientific research and application experience, discuss potential concerns and establish future collaborations.
During the past two years, UHPC has been progressively used in engineering for its ultra-high strength, high toughness and excellent durability. Both the fundamental research and the application of UHPC are promoted and become popular topics in the civil engineering. 3rd ACF/HNU International Conference on Ultra-High Performance Concrete Materials and Structures (UHPC’2020) aims at addressing the recent achievements and challenges in UHPC.
The Organizing Committee of UHPC’2020 received over 50 papers and 42 papers were selected for publication in the RILEM Proceedings Pro134. More than 15 leading experts and 50 well-known researchers have been invited as keynote and invited speakers to present their latest findings. The main covered topics of UHPC science and technology are: microstructure and mixture design, rheological properties and volume stability, fiber reinforcement and mechanical properties, behaviors of elements and structures and casting performance and application.
