Abstract: The effect of mineral admixtures and chemical admixture on hydration heat of concrete was studied. Results shown that, the addition of SL (blast furnace slag) could bring forward the
appearance of the largest temperature peak of hydration, while the addition of fly ash could retard it. Condensation regulating agent (NS) could increase the largest peak value of hydration
temperature and bring forward the appearance of the largest temperature peak of hydration.
