Abstract: This paper aims to present new experimental set-up and results (load bearing capacity and frictional sliding features) obtained on steel-concrete bond-slip problem subject to both corrosion and mechanical loading. The geometry of the specimen and the experimental set up eliminate lateral stresses manifesting in the concentric pullout test and assess the evaluation of displacement and strain fields during the test by using a digital image correlation.
