Abstract: The early drying shrinkage of recycled aggregate concrete is not only one of the important parameters to assess the durability, but also the most important factor to control the quality of recycled aggregate concrete. The test was made to study the rule on the drying shrinkage of recycled aggregate concrete in the shape within 60 days, test parameters were water-cement ratio and substitution percentages of recycled coarse aggregate. The results showed that the drying shrinkage of recycled aggregate concrete will increase with the recycled coarse aggregates substitution percentages and water-cement ratio; In addition, an amount of fly ash and superplasticizer was added in the recycled aggregate concrete. As a result, the early shrinkage of recycled aggregate concrete decreased, which provides a method of quality control for the recycled concrete.
