Abstract: This paper studies the preparation technology of recycled coarse and fine aggregate concrete, and on the basis of the dense packing of aggregate, implements the studies in the effects on the performance of concrete through the adjustment for the different contents of recycled fine aggregate and fly ash, as well as for different water-binder ratios, so as to determine the design principle and technical route to the mixing ratio of recycled concrete. It is suggested that the blended ratio of recycled fine aggregate in the fine aggregates should be appropriately controlled within 50%; the blended ratio of fly ash in the cementing materials should be appropriately controlled within 30-35%; with the increase of fly ash content, the each-age strength of concrete should be ensured through the decrease of water-binder ratio under the premise that the volume of pasty remains unchanged, and the water-binder ratio should not exceed 0.40. In addition, testing result indicates that prewet recycled fine aggregate is an effective technical measure to control slump loss and has no great impact on the strength.
