RILEM Technical Letters, the OPEN ACCESS journal of RILEM, aims at showcasing innovating research and stimulating thinking in the field of construction and building materials science, like the recent paper “Heritage++, a Spatial Computing approach to Heritage Conservation”, published in January 2025.

This interview with Yamini Patankar and Robert Flatt, respectively PhD student and Full Professor at the Institute for Building Materials, Physical Chemistry of Building Materials, ETH Zurich, Switzerland, first and corresponding author of the paper, offers a behind-the-scenes view of the paper.
