Summary of the 2008 RILEM Spring Meeting

The traditional spring meeting of the RILEM standing committees took place on March 26 and 27 2008 in the RILEM office in Bagneux. On the first day, the technical activities committee (TAC) and the Management Advisory Committee (MAC) held their individual meetings which were followed by a joint meeting which took place with the presence of the President, the Vice-President, Treasurer and the Acting Secretary General. On the second day the Bureau meeting was held. Discussions focused on the ongoing activities of RILEM, in particular looking into future developments and addressing recommendations made by the TAC, MAC and the Editor-in-Chief of Materials & Structures. Altogether 20 people were present in these meetings.
