New ICT President

RILEM welcomes the new President of the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT), Prof Muhammed Basheer, School of Civil Engineering, University of Leeds.

Prof. Basheer has been a RILEM Senior member since 1998 and an active member of more than 10 RILEM TCs.

Prof Basheer played a major role in the establishment of the RILEM-ICT partnership in 2020. Since then, the collaboration has been very vigorous and rewarding for both associations.

RILEM thanks Robert Lewis, past ICT President, for his work over the last year and wishes Prof. Basheer all the best in his new position!
