... R. Douglas Hooton, RILEM Fellow since 2015, in addition to being a member of several RILEM Technical Committees, has previously served on DAC, MAC, TAC and was chair of EAC? He organizes & hosts the EAC-sponsored course on Chemistry of Cements and Concrete every 2nd year since 2000. This year the course had to be rescheduled due to COVID19.
