Recycling is certainly one of the most important drivers for the industry eco-efficiency. Waste can be re-introduced as secondary raw materials into the built environment reducing environmental burdens. For each recycling process, the perceived value of a recycled product and the implementation of a like-closed cycle production are time demanding. Dissemination of recycling technological advances as presented and discussed in the Proceedings of the “III Progress of Recycling in the Buil Environment” is really important to increase the efficient use of resources in our society.
